IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK IN TIME. WE NEED TIME TO PREPARE YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Cabins and Motel Rooms: 25% deposit with balance due upon arrival.  If reservation is for one night only, full payment is required at time of booking.

Campsites: 50% deposit with balance due at check in. If reservation is for one night only, full payment is required at time of booking.

All bookings require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Accepted method of payment include Visa or MasterCard. All rates are subject to HST.

There is NO Smoking in the motel rooms or cottages.

Check in / out Policy:

  • CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 pm. CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 am. On your arrival date, please do not arrive in the early morning asking to check in. Our staff needs the time to check the previous guests out and get your lodging cleaned and ready for your stay.

  • Linens, toiletries and toilet paper are not provided in the Cottages. If you require linens and towels, please let us know as soon as you can. (nominal fee)

  • Should you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm we would appreciate you informing us so that we can ensure that your accommodation is held for you.

  • Early check-in prior to 3:00 pm and late checkout after 10:00 am is subject to a minimum $50.00 fee plus tax based on Edgewater’s management sole discretion and if the lodging is ready for you to check in.

CANCELLATION of a reservation is subject to the following fees:

Between April to December:

  • 60 days or more = $50 processing fee

  • 31 to 59 days prior to arrival = 50% of reservation deposit

  • 30 days prior to arrival = full surrender of rental deposit

Between January to March:

  • 7 days prior - refund less a $50 processing fee

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival - full surrender of rental deposit

Pet Policy - Pets are only allowed in Standard Cottages only. We have a $50 plus HST pet fee per stay.  Please notify us at time of reservation if you are bringing your pet with you.  Dogs must be on a leash or tied up at all times while on our property. You must clean up after your pet, inside and outside. Dogs are not allowed to bark excessively so that they annoy other guests.

A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.

Edgewater Park Lodge Resort Fee

There is a 2% Resort fee on the lodging portion of your bill. This is fee is collected for: canoe, kayak and paddleboard usage, lifejacket usage, maintenance on playground, beach and property, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Volleyball, Basketball, Tetherball, Gazebo, Fitness Room, waste collection and recycling, WIFI in main lodge..

What to bring

We are a self-catering resort and we ask all of our cottage guests to please bring the following: 

  • Bed Linens

  • Pillow Cases

  • Towels

  • Toilet Paper

  • Toiletries (i.e. soap, shampoo)

  • Food

We can provide linens and towels at $15 per person plus HST.  Cottages have pillows, bed protectors, comforters and pillow protectors.
